MKKDeezigns Shipping, Processing & Order Policy

At MKKDeezigns, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or created specifically for an event, business, celebration, or individual customer. Because each custom order requires different levels of design and production, order requirements and processing times vary based on the size and complexity of the order.

Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Types

Small Orders

A Small Order consists of one product type with no more than four (4) individual items.

Examples may include 3 custom cups, 2 keychains, 4 custom shirts, or 2 custom license plates.

Small Orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks before the date needed.

Standard processing time for Small Orders is approximately 5–10 business days once all required information, images, designs, personalization details, and customer approvals have been received.

Bulk Quantity Orders

A Bulk Quantity Order consists of five (5) or more of the same product type.

For example, an order for 8 custom cups or 12 custom shirts would be considered a Bulk Quantity Order rather than a Small Order.

Bulk orders should be placed as early as possible. Orders of 5–9 of a single item require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice.

Orders of 10 or more of a single item require a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice and may be subject to the same deposit and processing requirements as a Large Custom Order.

Processing time for bulk orders will depend on quantity, customization, materials, and current production volume. An estimated timeframe will be provided when applicable.

Large & Multi-Element Custom Orders

A Large Custom Order includes orders containing multiple coordinated custom product types or party-favor elements that must be designed and produced together.

For example, a coordinated party package containing custom chip bags, juice labels, cups, and an additional matching party-favor element would be considered a Large Custom Order.

Large Custom Orders must be placed a minimum of 4 weeks before the date needed.

Standard processing time is approximately 7–14 business days after all required information, images, designs, personalization details, and approvals have been received.

Custom Order Information — 48-Hour Requirement

Customers are responsible for providing all information required to begin their custom order.

This may include names, wording, dates, photographs, logos, colors, themes, sizes, quantities, design inspiration, personalization information, or other requested materials.

All requested information should be provided immediately after the Custom Order Request form is submitted and no later than 48 hours after submission.

Failure to provide the necessary information within 48 hours may delay the design and production process and may affect the requested completion date.

When Processing Time Begins

Submitting an order or making a payment does not automatically begin the processing timeframe.

The processing timeframe begins only after MKKDeezigns has:

1. Received all required customer information and materials;
2. Received all necessary photographs, logos, wording, personalization details, and other requested content;
3. Completed any required design or proof; and
4. Received the customer's final approval when approval is required.

Delays in providing information or approving a design may result in a change to the estimated completion date.

Large Order Deposits

Large Custom Orders require a 25% deposit of the total order amount before design and production can move forward.

The remaining 75% balance is due upon completion.

Orders requiring a 25% deposit will not be released for pickup or shipment until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Orders of 10 or more of a single product may also be classified as a Large/Bulk Custom Order and require a 25% deposit depending on the size and production requirements of the order. Any deposit requirement will be communicated before the order is finalized.

Design Proofs & Customer Approval

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the entire design before approving it.

Please check:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and numbers
• Photographs and images
• Colors
• Sizes
• Wording
• Product quantities
• Placement and personalization details

Once a design has been approved, MKKDeezigns may begin production.

Changes requested after final approval are not guaranteed and may result in additional design fees, material costs, or processing time.

Advance Notice & Event Dates

The minimum advance-order requirements are designed to provide sufficient time for communication, designing, customer approval, production, and fulfillment.

Meeting the minimum advance-order requirement does not guarantee availability for a particular event date.

Customers ordering for birthdays, weddings, graduations, memorials, business events, holidays, parties, or other date-specific occasions are strongly encouraged to provide the event date when submitting their request.

Orders submitted with less than the required advance notice may be declined or may require rush-order approval and additional fees.

Rush Orders

Rush-order availability is not guaranteed.

If MKKDeezigns agrees to accept an order with less than the required advance notice, an additional rush fee may apply.

Any applicable rush fee will be communicated before the rush order is accepted.

Rush fees compensate for expedited scheduling and production and are non-refundable once expedited design or production work has begun.

Shipping

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

The estimated 5–10 or 7–14 business-day processing period refers to the time required to create and prepare an eligible order after all required information and approvals have been received.

Shipping/transit time begins after processing is complete.

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after shipment.

MKKDeezigns cannot guarantee a shipping carrier's delivery date or be responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact MKKDeezigns immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is complete and ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.

All outstanding balances must be paid before an order is released.
